Aloha, I'm Meghan. As a professional Fitness Trainer and Yoga Instructor, my passion is to guide people to a love of wellness and help them discover how fitness looks on the individual. My background as an Army Nurse ensures you, the client, a focus on safety and fitness that can traverse busy lifestyles. Fitness is a lifelong journey and I strive to meet people where they are physically, mentally, and spiritually.
